Over the last couple of years we have commissioned a raft of technical assessments regarding the impact of our proposals and are delighted to report that they have not identified any constraints that cannot be easily rectified.
Our expert reports have included detailed assessments covering:

Backed by these encouraging results our plans are now with the Council for final assessment and will appear before the Planning Committee on 30th August.
