We use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect information on how you use the site, using cookies and page tagging techniques.

This cannot be used to identify anyone personally, and is kept for a maximum of 38 months. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through the site, we will be up front about it.

Your questions

If you contact us to ask any questions, we will collect any personal information you provide to us. We will use it only to respond to you.

Your feedback

We are required to gather feedback as part of the Pre-Application Consultation process. If you send us feedback, we ask for the following personal information:

• Your name.
• Your email address, if you choose to provide it. If you raise any specific questions in your feedback to which you'd like a response, we need to be able to reply to you.
• Your postal address: we need to understand where people who provide feedback live, as it is relevant for the report we are required to produce.

None of your personally-identifying information is included in any reports.

We use some Third Party Service Providers to provide services such as hosting this website and the live chat system. They are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information in line with our policies. We do not allow our Third Party Service Providers to use your personal information for their own purposes. We only permit them to process your personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.
